This was the absolute worse experience ever! I purchased instock product so that it would be a quicker install. 2 months late it is still not installed. I have been given the run around with the installers 4 different times. Rescheduled each time and then on the day of installation, a call comes that they can't come and I will need to reschedule. Ridiculous service on installation!!!! Horrible. If I could give no stars I would.

The store is well organized, clean and the products on the shelves are in order. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful. I pass another Lowes store to go to this one.
I had an order online for pickup. Got emails plus confirmation call that it was ready for pickup. Get to the store, it's not even in stock, and I get charged for it. Took almost 2 hours to get a refund.
