Went to this branch to swap small bills for large ones. The teller was getting ready to do it when a blonde lady came around the corner saying she can only do a little of it. I asked how's that? they are a bank? my bank? almost instantly she got an attitude. Her response was "maybe another branch could help you". The closest ones are in Jacksonville and Morehead city. I took what they could change out and drove 40 minutes to Jacksonville. Look at my statement the next morning and they charged me $4.20 to change out $2000.00 in $20.00 bills. No branch has ever charged me that. (Guess that was the snooty blonde lady getting back at me). Went to another branch, and walla they reversed the charge.
Can not say nothing bad or good about branch! But manager Sharon Gamble- unprofessional, rude, arrogant and useless! You can not work at customer service business!!! You got to leave branch.
Bottom line is this branch is worthless. The 4 to 5 times a year I use them, they always have a attitude or a reason on why they cannot help me. Wells, do yourself a favor and close it. 2 tellers, one front manager with a attitude, and not one customer in it- you would save yourself some money.
